As a competitive athlete, I have the experience and knowledge of the sport to announce with confidence, and the energy to keep the environment fun and lively for all participants and their supporters. Additionally, I am fluent in Spanish and can competently work side-by-side with a Spanish speaking team for races in Latin America, either translating to English or providing all commentary in Spanish.
My interest in announcing is simply another way to share my passion for this sport. As your race announcer, I make every effort to positively impact the participants and their spectators on race day, from the pre-race meetings, to fielding questions at bike check-in, to interviewing family members, and of course fueling every last participant with excitement until they cross the finish line.
