Those of you in the Atlanta tri/cycling community probably already know about Russell Tindol. He is the stepson of friend and teammate, Kat Tindoll. Kat and her husband Mike, as well as Russell’s mother and the rest of their incredible family , have displayed an awesome amount of courage in the face of something that most teenage boys should never have to deal with.
Russell didn’t back down, though.

He is an incredible kid who has more cojones, spirit, and determination than most people I know. He inspires me… and I am betting he’ll do the same for you.
